Edith Irene Hickman, age 86, of Rogers, AR, died March 30, 2004, at Brighton House Nursing Home in Rogers, AR. She was born July 28, 1917, in Highfill, AR, and was a daughter of Warren J. and Nora J. (Philpott) Gailey. She was a retired ordained minister in the Assembly of God and was pastor of several area churches including Exeter and Ridgley. She married Glen Leroy Ault on March 19, 1938, and he preceded her in death June 25, 1948. She married Perry G. Hickman on June 1, 1970, and he preceded her in death December 21, 1988. She was preceded in death by one son, O. P. Hickman; one daughter, Edna Brannan; two brothers, Earl Gailey and Floyd Gailey; two sisters, Reba Gailey and Laura Gailey; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

ROGERS -- Edith Irene Hickman, 86, of Rogers died March 30, 2004, at Brighton House Nursing Home in Rogers. She was born July 28, 1917, in Highfill to Warren J. and Nora J. (Philpott) Gailey. She was an Assembly of God minister before retiring and was pastor in several area churches including Exeter, Okla., and Ridgley. She was formerly of Colorado, Oregon, Texas and Missouri. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Glen Leroy Ault on June 25, 1948, and Perry G. Hickman on Dec. 21, 1988; one son, O.P. Hickman; one daughter, Edna Brannan; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Survivors include nine children, Norma Lawrence, Leta Burns, Marilyn Selleck, all of Washburn, Mo., Yvonne Tracy of Bentonville, Faye Paul of Washburn, Glenn Ault of Glenwood Springs, Colo., Ron Ault of Little Flock, Deanna Day of Purdy, Mo., and Janice Rankin of Rogers; 33 grandchildren; several great- and great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville, Mo. Burial will be in Washburn Prairie Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Exeter Assembly of God Church.
